Bruce C. Jones

Bruce is an attorney in Boise who has served as lead trial counsel and tried to verdict federal multi-district litigation, commercial aviation litigation, ERISA litigation, products liability, and other multi-forum litigation. These cases include the trial of a contract termination case resulting in a savings to the client of over $75 million, and the trial of a class-action challenge to a use fee tax resulting in a declaration that the use fee tax was unconstitutional and a $27 million settlement for the class members.

Eric B. Swartz

Joy M. Bingham

Joy is an attorney in Boise licensed to practice law in all state and federal courts in Idaho. Most of her work with Jones & Swartz is concentrated in contract disputes, complex commercial litigation, and civil rights litigation.
