Bruce is an AV-rated attorney in Boise who is Of Counsel to the firm. Bruce has served as lead trial counsel and tried to verdict federal multi-district litigation, commercial aviation litigation, ERISA litigation, products liability, and other multi-forum litigation. Bruce graduated magna cum laude in 1977 from the College of Idaho with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, in 1982. He was admitted to the bar in 1982. In 1987, Bruce completed the National Institute of Trial Advocacy, National Session. He co-authored the Idaho Submission, "Product Liability Desk Reference, A Fifty-State Compendium" (Little, Brown and Co.).
