Roger W. Smith joined Jones & Swartz, PLLC as a law clerk in 2011. He specializes in legal research, drafting, electronic discovery, and policies and procedures for organizational management of electronically stored information (ESI). Prior to joining Jones & Swartz, PLLC, as a law clerk, Roger served externships with Judge John T. Mitchell of Idaho's First Judicial District, and Associate Justice Joel Horton of the Idaho Supreme Court. Additionally, he has worked with municipalities on civil and criminal legal issues.
In his free time, Roger enjoys spending time with his family; reading and writing about history, politics, and technology; and tinkering with computers, smart phones, and software. He loves the Boise area, and looks forward to providing high quality legal services to the Treasure Valley upon receiving his law license.
