Beth adds the final bit of perfection to almost every document that is produced by Jones & Swartz. She began working toward her national accreditation as a Certified Professional Legal Secretary in 1988 with a law firm in Anchorage, Alaska; and finally settled in 2001 with Blackburn & Jones LLP, the predecessor firm to Jones & Swartz. In addition to routine secretarial duties, her responsibilities include editing and drafting pleadings, composing correspondence, calendaring, scheduling, coordinating and overseeing service of process, and client billings. Beth's professional caliber goes beyond Jones & Swartz, and includes membership and board positions in a number of organizations, including the National, Idaho and Boise Associations of Legal Secretaries. She has also been a co-facilitator for NALS Advanced Training Course for the Legal Assistant.
