All we do is litigation, primarily involving complex commercial disputes and serious personal injury claims.

Our clients range from individuals to international institutions. We have been retained to act as local counsel for some of the nation's top law firms, assisting them in prosecuting claims on behalf of, or defending, their clients in state and federal courts in Idaho. As a result, many of our cases are referred to us by other lawyers.
