Attorney Jennifer Swartz's estate planning practice focuses on providing peace of mind for her clients and their families as they plan for the future. Practice

In addition to estate and trust planning and administration, Jennifer also consults with and advises small business owners, and maintains a general civil litigation practice with an emphasis on education and employment law. Prior to joining Jones & Swartz, Jennifer practiced in the public sector as an Idaho State Deputy Attorney General. While a Deputy Attorney General, Jennifer represented the Idaho State Board of Education and Public Charter School Commission, as well as other state agencies. She served as a Deputy Attorney General for more than ten years.

Education

Jennifer graduated the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Philosophy in 1997, and went on to graduate cum laude from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2001. Jennifer was a member of the Tulsa Law Review from 1999-2001.

Jennifer became a member of the Idaho State Bar in 2001. She is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts of Idaho and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. She is also a member of WealthCounsel, and of the American Bar Association
