Mathew J. Cundiff

Mat jumped head first into the legal field when he joined Jones & Swartz in the fall of 2009. His position with the firm is his first experience as a paralegal. Since his start, Mat has become a master in document management, client file organization, written communications, securing discovery materials from the opposition, and producing material from his clients to the opposition. While working at Jones & Swartz PLLC, Mat has assisted in handling cases involving severe personal injury, workers compensation, product liability, and contract disputes. When prospective clients call Jones & Swartz for their very first time, they may have the good fortune of speaking with Mat about the basic facts of their legal problem. And, while Mat enjoys assisting clients, his first passion is Anthropological studies for which he graduated from Boise State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology with an emphasis in Archaeology.

Margie G. Rosenberg

Margie joined Jones & Swartz PLLC in 2008. She specializes in litigation, with an emphasis on Plaintiff's work. She has extensive experience in the medical malpractice field. In the preparation and development of client's cases, Margie works with clients and supporting witnesses, performs research, drafts documents and pleadings, and analyzes and organizes research and information related to the case. Margie has over twenty years experience as a paralegal, having worked at law firms in Idaho and Oregon.

When Margie is not working she can usually be found enjoying the great Idaho outdoors; engaging in such pursuits as mountain biking, running, hiking, skiing or camping, and most often in the company of her favorite companions, her two dogs.
